A: Yes. All our jade jewelry is 100% natural Grade A jadeite, no chemical bleaching, dyeing or resin filling. We strictly inspect every piece during our raw stone selection and appraisal process.
Q: Do you provide certificates for jade items?
A: Yes. Every jadeite piece comes with a professional gemstone certificate. The certificate records the jade’s properties for authenticity verification.
Q: When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times 10-15 days according to your location.
Q: What after-sales support do you offer?
A: Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged or incorrect items. We provide after-sales service for order issues. Customers need to provide photos/videos of the package and products for verification. Note: Jade items that have been worn, damaged by human factors or modified cannot be returned.
